I appreciated the close proximity to popular spots like Diamond Head, just a few steps away, and the relaxing atmosphere at Cooper Park, which made my strolls enjoyable and fulfilling during my stay. the hotel also offers a great king suite that was perfect for the family with children, providing ample space for us to unwind together after our city adventures.

The king suite was exceptionally clean and spacious, making for a comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast offered a great selection, including healthy salads that were fresh and delicious. The pantry was a convenient feature, allowing easy access to snacks and drinks charged directly to the room. However, the noise from the nearby highway was noticeable at times, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing in the room left much to be desired.

Convenient Stop with Friendly Staff

Our family stay was efficient and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast options were generous, perfect for fueling our road trip. However, a bit more upkeep in cleaning the common areas would enhance the stay. Make sure to verify your room type upon check-in!

The room was clean and the breakfast was really good, especially the fresh fruit options. I loved the convenience of charging snacks to the room, too! Would definitely choose this place again.

Had a nice stay with fam. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast hit the spot—lots of choices and good coffee. The only bummer was the carpet. it was pretty stained. The pantry for snacks was so handy, though! Overall a decent place for a quick stop.

The location offered a great convenience for exploring local attractions. The flexibility of charging pantry items to my room streamlined my stay.

The amenities are truly great, with a fantastic swimming pool area and comfortable rooms. The shampoo and body wash were impressive, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was spot on.

Diving into the local food scene was a delight! Dusit Thai Cuisine and Arena Sports Grill were perfect spots for satisfying my culinary cravings. The breakfast at the hotel was also a hit with a solid spread of tasty options!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic breakfast and the clean, spacious room. The kids loved the pool, which made our family vacation memorable. Also, being close to Bull Shoals Lake for some boating was a huge plus!

My kids wished there were more towels available at check-in. It would be great to have extra bedding provided upfront for families.

The King Suite was pretty spacious, which was nice. It was clean, and I liked that. But the floors weren’t great, and there was a smell that wasn’t ideal. The beds felt a bit off too—definitely not up to par with other Holiday Inns. I even noticed some nails poking through the wall, which was a little concerning. The bathroom had some mold, which was a bummer. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
